Service Staff
Chefs, Grillers, Servers for 5 hour minimum.
Two hour setup, two hour buffet, one hour cleanup @ $22.00 per hour each

An 18% service charge is on all food and beverage items.
This charge covers equipment, insurance, trucking and cartage, loading and unloading and related delivery personnel.

A deposite must be made priot to your event to hold your date.
Dates cannot be held without deposit.
The balance is due at the time of the event.
Rescheduling must be made 10 days prior to the event.
Orders may require a delivery charge depending on proximity.
A second charge will be incurred if we have to return for equipment.

Gratuities are not included in the price, but are appreciated.
